get yourself a sling from the chemist....ask for one to treat a broken collar bone. this will keep your right arm still in a relaxed position so you don't use your pec. you don't say which anti inflammatories the doc has given you..but ask if you can take paracetamol with them to give you some extra pain relief. also use raljex or deep heat or a peppermint gel on the muscle itself.

Righty o! Water drink plenty off, stretch yes it will hurt but its the way to do it. You may want to leave off the painkillers and visit a sports therapist massage works wonders. I did the very same thing with ham string

Take aspirin, and put an icy-hot patch on it. Try not to work that muscle too much. If the pain doesn't ease off, see the doctor again.

Rest it my friend. Insure your nutrition is spot on as you want to give your body the resources to heal. I would use your anti inflammatory as little as you can. Though they do reduce the swelling they inhibit protein synthesis which is needed to repair the muscle.

Poor you. Take the tabs and consider getting a spray. Either warming or cooling. If you are young, then you probably be much better by the New Year.

Don't train it, or use it in any way that causes pain and it will heal on it's own usually in a matter of days.
