I just got a 5th notice about a class action lawsuit against a company I was a customer of. No, I am not interested in the whopping $5 I am entitiled to because 7 years ago the company charged a 50 cent fee they failed to disclose.

How about a class action lawsuit against lawyers for harrassing people with their petty class action lawsuits?

If you consider 5 letters harassment you will not be able to handle testifying at a trial. Good luck on that.

The company was ripping people off. That's generally considered a BAD thing.

People went after them, using the law. Generally considered a GOOD thing going after thieves using the law.

You can recycle the letters. They can hardly be considered harassment.

You may think it's OK for companies to steal from their customers, but not many agree.

i know no longer something appropriate to the case you communicate of, however the vast majority of the time companies dealing with a classification action lawsuit have performed something incorrect and have been conscious it became into incorrect whilst they did it. human beings % a manner combat deep pocket firms whilst they have been wronged. It does seem a shame that legal experts get what would desire to pass to the victims.
