I love it! 87. Asher is very traditional. It's also very unusual, because it's not used much. It's the great kind of unique: an underused, correctly spelled, strong sounding classic. Joel is a fine middle name. I like the rhythm of the full name. Asher Rogers sounds fine, too.
Also, Asher will fit in with the myriad of Ashley's, Ashton's, and Aisling's, but still stand out. Great choice!

With 1 being worst and 100 being best, I'd rate it a 45. I love the name Joel, but don't like any boy names beginning with "Ash".
