I am planning to change my video memory to manimum dvmt in phoenix bios utility. But when i enter bios i did not see what settings the websites told and it does not look like what the other websites took screenshot of. I need to press advaced button to change video memory, but I do not have 'Main, Advanced, Power, Boot and Exit' in the menu but rather 'Main, Security, System Configuration, diagnostics and exit'. Here is what other websites took the screenshot of phoenix bios.. http://www.computerhope.com/help/phoenix.htm Why is it not the same? Is my version wrong? Or i cant change the settings?

Hi. Answer 1 is correct, especially if it's a Dell. Dell tries to prevent folks from getting too deep into the BIOS for service simplicity.

Not all BIOS's made by the same company will look the same.

Different motherboard manufacturers have different needs and different options they want in the BIOS.

You are just going to have to READ THE USERS MANUAL on how to adjust your video memory.
