Boy, just what we need, another uneducated idiot running the country. We should be back to the dark ages before they are done with us.

I suspect no more so than any other President who has believed in the bible. A long list of disguised names by the way. To the best of my knowledge science has not really suffered that much as a result of a belief in God and the bible in the modern age. Politicians are often called upon to make decisions which require them to put aside their personal beliefs for the good of the many. Most succeed in this area quite admirably.

This is where Political ambitions and Religious beliefs cross paths, and we get derailed into wars and isolated from the rest of the world......Fundamentally, huck has right to believe what he wants, just as long as he follows the constitution......and we know that aint going too happen.
Everyday Ron Paul is more appealing too me, the fact the media is desperately digging for trash on him, and ONLY showing scientific polling numbers lends to the idea he must be more of a threat to the republican vote than we realize....hint, unscientific polling numbers keep showing him on top, and any other election year and any other candidate, we would be seeing these numbers daily, unless its loppsided.

Anti-science people have to run the government? I think not, we need an intelligent person who doesn't let his spirituality to get in the way of medical or scientific progress.
Do some of you guys really need to be so mean spirited??

As long as he doesn't believe in AGW. I'd like to take poll of all the candidates and ask them how old they think they Earth is. I imagine the answers would be all over the board. And Al Gore would claim he invented it.

The idea that the earth is older than that is still only a theory. Scientists cannot prove or disprove the actual age of anything. The idea that Earth is under 10,000 comes from the Bible which cannot be proven wrong. Carbon dating and radio isotope dating have both been proven inaccurate in tests on rocks of a known age, e.g. those formed at Mt. St. Helens in 1980.

Since when has any Republican dealt well with reality? I think the last to do so was Theodore Roosevelt.

Only the Gods know the real answer to how old the earth is. The important thing is "Can or will he help the country" I choose Ron Paul.
