cramps but it hurts when i sit down or like bend, cough stand just always feeling it. started last night even fee it while lying down.

OMG you do not ovulate for 6 days!
Actual ovulation happens in a matter of hours and that's it. However, you can have ovulation pain before, during, or after ovulation.
What you're describing sounds like O pain and if it started yesterday and is still going on today, I would say you're probably ovulating today sometime. Your CM will look either really watery or like raw egg whites when you are fertile.
If this pain continues through the weekend, it's not ovulation pain. Most women only have O pain for a number of hours or a day or two at the most.

It lasts for a few seconds, that's it. The egg is good for 24 hours after that, then it's not fertilizable anymore and 12-16 days later you have a period. Egg white like cm is seen for a few days before ovulation up until the day of, then it goes away.

i usually ovulat for about 6 days and the cm isnt like how other grls describe mine is clear and gooey .. only yellow when i pee and wipe .. ya i do get cramps during ovulating ...feels like period cramps... i even start to spot a day or so before i ovulate
