Actually, the information about the possibility of al Qaeda attempting to use commercial flights as weapons was uncovered, and ignored by the Administration, after W. Bush had taken office.

If you truly believe that Clinton's affair kept him from doing his job than you are truly an idiot. In hindsight there were plenty of things Clinton should have done to prevent the 9/11 attacks. However it was Bush who ignored report after report saying Al Qaeda was trying to commit a terrorist attack on U.S. soils and even that they wanted to use passenger planes. Bush had the warning and all he had to do was increase security at airports. But he didn't and 3,000 people died. Clinton made mistakes and Bush definitely made mistakes which lead up to the 9/11 attacks. But Clinton did a far better job as President than Bush.

Wow! FALSE. Another question! 3,000 Americans died because Bush didn't listen to reports and thought watching Spongebob was more important than protecting the U.S. from a terrorist attack. True or False?

true.just another reason why we don;t need another Clinton in the white house.bill was a coward in his youth.when his country was calling on young men to fight in VIET NAM.he went to another country just so he did;nt have to go.he abused his position as president and got away with it.now he wants to put his wife in the white house.he almost sold a military base on the west cost that was shut down to the Chinese.bill did;nt do anything for this country.everything was already set in motion for him.all he had to do was to follow the plan.and who set it in motion it was the republicans.i;am democrat and that;s what i believe happened.but i did;nt vote for bill either.because i thought a coward did;nt belong in the white house anyway.but then bush's dad got him out of going to VIET NAM.so it;s the same thing all over again.that;s why both the bush;s and clinton;s are such good friends.don;t think i;ll vote for anyone this time again.the Al Qaeda probably paid clinton off .he seems to be an easy prey.i would; t want him on my side hell he;d most likely sell you out to the enemy if the price was right or to safe his own ***.

Why don't you consider that Bush had and has taken way more vacation days. As a matter of fact he was on vacation for about a month before the 911 attacks. His golfing was more important than intercepting terror threats.

False they died because Bush ignored terrorism until after we were attcked! You cons always bring up about all the terrorists attacks(which mostly happened outside the US) while Clinton was president but you never explain why Bush ignored it until after 911!

Whew! That's a tough rant to follow.
I believe that Clinton's inaction allowed for a lot of what happened but I doubt that anyone could have prevented what happened due to the fact that some genius thought it was a good idea that the FBI and the CIA were not allowed to talk to each other. That was a failue of great magnitude.
