Online dating is "like a box of chocolates". You never know what you will get.

Online dating is hit or miss. Id say get to know the person via emails and phone conversations before you ever meet face to face, this way you can decide if you should even waste your time going any further. I done a fair amout of online dating and ended up meeting a great guy. But I dated a lot of frogs before I found my prince.

I think on line dating is just like meeting someone in a bar or off the street, there all the same. My cousin she met a girl on line and they have been together for 5 years now. Things for her seem to be going well. If your in a dating mode I would go for it.
