I have never been so bored at work before in my life. Not many people are buying cars and homes for Christmas I assume.

I am due on November 6. Things are going good for me. I am having a little bit of cramps. Nothing too bad. I am showing a little, but I think it is just bloating. I found out that my pregnancy was possible on V-day, the day I of conception. When I went to the OB to see how it was, I was told I was 7 weeks and 0 days. The heartbeat was 146. My OB told me that I had a small cyst on my right ovary, which is why my cramps were more on the right side. It was really tiny, the size of a nerd candy. But I am not even cramping there anymore hardly. I am having more like period cramps. I have had no morning sickness, no bleeding. My boobs are a cup bigger, and I feel like I am gaining weight. I am so exciting. But I cant help but wonder is everything okay because this is my first pregnancy.

No, business ALWAYS picks up in a hospital with depression setting in and people trying to get all the expensive tests out of the way since their deductibles are met. I wish it would slow down a bit but it does make the day fly by.

I wish this time of year was slower...

Its getting closer to the end of the month and we have EOY financials and business audits, capital budgets and projections, we have profits to predict and trends to establish for the upcoming year... involves lots of travel around the state to get to all the businesses we oversee so I'm happy to be in my office for today... who knows if I'll be here tomorrow...

I like the middle of the summer better when there's nothing to do until October

Nope. We're flat out with the boss in a panic over not being able to contact key clients due to the holiday. Joy to the world.
