Is there anyway to put pictures on facebook onto a digital camera?

Right click and copy the picture and save it to your desktop. Plug your camera into your computer and move the picture from the desktop to your camera into the same folder as all of the pictures you have taken.

The previous answerer is right. I'll just add that you should ask the owner of the pictures first before you copy them, since the pictures belong to the owner.
