i startedmy period last month on the 19 of nov and ihave been trying to get pregant, and i am not sure if i am, i think i was suppose to start my period but howlong should i wait till.. i think i should wait a couple more days, or can i take a preg test.. now..

There are pregnancy tests now that can detect the pregnancy hormone as soon as five days before your missed period. So if your cycle is anything like mine, you should have been able to test on the 14th. Go ahead and take one. IF you get a negative result, however, test again in a few days to make sure. Some tests can give you false negatives. Conveniently, most tests come in two-packs these days.

If you are anxious you can go take a test but don't get discouraged if it comes back negative that just might mean you have to wait a few more days. Give it maybe a week sometimes your period might be late.

there are tests that can tell you if you are pregnant or not days before your missed period....its the 20 right now so any test should be able to tell you if you are preggo or not...good luck

how long are your periods. today is day 30 for you give it 5 more days then test
