i'm looking for comedy anime that's kind of "crazy", like Excel Saga or Puni Puni Poemy.
are there any animes like this? like milk-coming-out-your-nose type of funny?

Read or watch Gintama. There hasn't been a time when I wasn't laughing out loud whenever I've seen it. The best way to summarize it would be picture Kenshin with a little Naked Gun and there are aliens. Give it a shot you won't be disappointed.
