Running on my treadmill makes me sweaty and I love it, it gives me so much energy. After I stretch, I run, and then I stretch again before I get on the weight machine and I have so much energy to do everything after I run.

i bought a $100 manual lawnmower! yep the old fashion one that runs on MAN or in my case WOMAN power. (there's no gas required) just push and watch the blades go.i sweat like no ohter, i burn alot of calories with my manual lawnmower. however once i mowed at the heat of the day and i suffered a mild case of heat stroke. it was horrid!
