I was working at a retail store. I have a lot of personal problems in my life. Even though they're NOT excusable for this sort of behavior, I used them to give a few of my family members some free merchandise from that store. I am scared. I really would like to take some time away with tears, but that is clearly impossible. I take in on all the responsibility, but I also feel super bad for my family. I have made them look like some delinquents, when it was me that persuaded them to take the merchandise. Now I would scan and delete. The videos on the camera are RIGHT. I am very nervous, embarassed and scared. Does a "Warrant" mean that they can come ANYTIME and take me away?
The store says I have to appear in court with my family, confess and agree to pay the amount I owe this store, and return most of the merchandise back to my store. I am new at this retail stuff. I make mistakes. but this one will definitely affect me for the rest of my life.
*sniff*
Thank you for your time.

I knew a guy that stole over $2000 of merchandise from a toy store he worked at so he could buy drugs with the money he got from selling it. He ended up paying the money back over a period of time. I think some of it has to do with what the store wants to happen to you. He had a felony, but it was made a misdemeanor since he paid it back. But here's what warrant is:
"An arrest warrant is known as a warrant that is issued on behalf of the state, this arrest warrant grants the permission to the required authorities to arrest or detain a certain individual."

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at FREEPEOPLESCAN.COM
Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.
You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a arrest background check.

It means that the police can come and arrest you, read you your Miranda Rights, put you in handcuffs take you to the police station, Take a mug shot finger print you. Put you in jail, take you to an arraignment. etc etc.
It would look better if you turned yourself in. You also need a lawyer. If you can not afford one the court can appoint one for you.

Yes, they can come and get you at any time. A warrant, is just that, an official declaration, as it be.......to arrest you.

It means that the police have the right to handcuff you and take you to jail at any moment in time that they find...whether your driving and they pull you over, etc. unless you turn yourself in for what you did and go to court.
