For current players I'd say it's a tossup between Griffey and Garrett Anderson.
Best swing I ever saw was Will Clark...It was graceful and mechanically sound like Griffey's, but had an element of cocky viciousness that only "The Thrill" could produce.

Jr has the classic hitters swing - smooth, even and absolutely beautiful. If you wanted to model your swing after someones - pick his.
For power hitters, the swing changes. I would say something more like Howard, A-Rod or Bonds where there is the explosion at the end of the swing. Argue about the steroids if you want, it doesn't change the swing, just the potential result.

i like griffey's swing a lot
i don't get to see it often cuz my team is AL but he has a great swing
i think the most exciting swing is vlad though.. the guy has no strike zone XD
