what kind of graduate program will teach me about IMS?

I'm a telecommunications engineer, i've been looking but it is not easy to find. Any pointers? inside and otuside the states?

What do you mean by IMS? When I looked it up, there were many different topics with those initials.

IP Multimedia Subsystem. Such jobs are hard to find in the United States... if there is one spot you could find a job in the US it would be California. Otherwise, with globalization and outsourcing of jobs, particularly in the data architecture/IT fields, you would be better off in places like China or India.
