Very smart, and while most are expecting the VA to remain grossly under funded, I believe that with President Bush's intelligent fiscal responsibility, he understands how our nation does not need more research on family dysfunction, crime, homelessness or suicide. Modern society as a whole cannot handle this capacity of veterans repeating the years following the Vietnam era. This necessary $3.7 billion emergency funding for the VA is cost effective insurance for our children’s future

He is a poor public speaker. Yet is a visionary such as Truman and Lincoln. BTW----Lincoln was considered the worst speech maker among past presidents until he delivered the Gettysburg Address. The most famous speech in American history!

it's got to be hard being a president and running a whole country, not everyone could do it. but i think that he could have done better with things and had a better approach to the problems that are upon the united states.

The WORST President this country has ever seen. The damage he has done won't be near fixed for years and years to come. I still haven't gotten over the fact he was elected twice
