According to Quantron theory Time is defined as a quantity that indicates how fast a process is taking place.

Some processes are just not reversible by natural means.
The Period of the Universe is a constant.That means that the total Time of the universe is a particular set time and is not reversible by natural means.

The Theory of Relativity in Physics looks at Time as a function of a set speed of light. Since Time can only be observed with Light from a particular frame of reference.
So Time is observed as relative to some particular motion. On Earth Time is relative to the motion of the Sun.The relative motion is detected by means of light signals.
In the Case( In an enclosed lab) where we cannot see motion we cannot distinguish Time. In physics this is called the "Principle of Relativity". It was first postulated by Galileo.

Time is not traveled ;as the definition of travelis position changes in space. The process of traveling space is thru a phenomena called" Energy ". With out Energy Space travel does not take place. The ratio of the Energy expanded for traveling and the power required for the motion is Time.

So Space and time are always related ,in the sense that Time indicates where we are in Space.

It's neither forbidden nor permitted. The laws of physics are neutral in this regard. On the other hand time travel itself is not possible because there's no such 'thing' as time; it is not a natural feature of the universe. There is no Cosmic Master Clock that ticks off the correct time for the universe. Time is strictly a concept developed by sentient beings like us to separate events into what we call 'past,' 'present,' and 'future.' Of those three, the only one that even approaches some kind of physical reality is 'present.' We can't travel back or forward in time simply because there's no physical 'past' or 'future' into which we can move. Einstein showed us that even our concept of time is relative and not absolute.

Time travel into the future is certainly real (and I mean more than just watching your clock tick away into the future).

The famous Twin Paradox shows that if one twin takes off in a fast ship for a trip and comes back to meet the other twin, the traveler will be younger than the one who waited. So in a sense the traveler traveled into the future of those left back on earth.

This experiment was actually done back in the 60's, I think, with a pair of atomic clocks. One was taken for a bunch of airplane rides and then brought back to compare with the other and each had indeed sensed a different elapsed time.

I have read that the amount of energy to form a "string" (in string theory) to travel back through time would take about half the energy in the entire universe. So yes, it is possible, but no, it's not reasonable. I forget exactly who said that, but I believe he's a professor at Brandeis University working on Quantum Physics...you might want to try and look him up if you want to trip your mind out a bit.

It's not forbidden or we'd all be static. Travelling through time is part of existence, but I suspect you mean travelling through time at different speeds to 'normal'

Again, this is not forbidden. To paraphrase Special Relativity, the faster you go, the slower you move through time relative to a reference point. So if your friend stayed at home and yuo went shooting arounf at close to the speed of light, when you came back he'd have aged much more than you.

It's also possible to go backwards in time, but for that to happen you must always have been travelling backwards in time. There are theoretical particles that travel faster than light and go backwards in time, but we cannot interact with them.

What you can't do is cross the speed of light barrier. If you are slower than light you are always slower than light (and similarly for being faster than light).

Yes, time travel into the future can be accelerated beyond the terrestrial 1 second per second by traveling at high speed. This puts you in another (time dilated) reference frame. Travel into the past seems to be allowed in principle by various general relativistic spacetime distortions, although they are purely hypothetical, difficult or impossible to stabilize or otherwise achieve, and may be impossible for reasons related to the presently irreconciled differences between quantum mechanics and general relativity.

We make the laws only by studying nature. If time travel becomes possible, then they will make new laws, that's all.

I travel through time regularly. To be safe, I keep a constant rate of 1 second per second.
