"Anyone who says it's an occupation is just stupid."

True or false, and why?

And would it change your mind if you knew that President Bush has called it an occupation on many occasions?

False. Mission accomplished in 2003. A bungled occupation ever since. They still don't have clean drinking water or reliable electricity 24/7. Kind of funny that some one who doesn't understand what an occupation is is calling other people stupid. Trying to make a point by calling other people Stupid is really just saying "I am not smart enough to present a rational argument for my side so I will just call people I don't agree with "stupid"...

Oh so now I'm stupid? How can anyone not realize it is an occupation? Sit down and take a look at a World Atlas. That alone would give a clue. When they pulled down the statue of Saddam they draped the U.S. flag on it. Damn another clue. A multi million dollar, hedonistic embassy. At yet another clue. Stop being naive. It is an occupation. Was meant to be from the start.

Just watch fox news and they talk about terrorist every hour while no other tv channel does this. If you repeat over and over again its terrorist in Iraq the sheepish will follow. The person who said the quote just doesn't know the difference between war and occupation. They might think occupation is a job.

Of course it's an occupation. That's what it was designed to be; an unending occupation to put permanent US military bases in the center of the Middle East. FACT.

the current Iraqi government is recognized as the legitimate government of that country by the world community including the UN. There are good arguments to be made that it's nothing but a puppet government but that doesn't change that they are in fact the legitimate official recognized government of Iraq. That government agrees to the US presence making it officially not an occupation

It is not our job to liberate countries. So I think that statement is true. I take everything Bush says with a grain of salt.

Obviously if Bush said Iraq war was an "occupation" who ever said it was.. IS stupid

what else can you call it but an occupation.this government already said that once we pull out that we will still be in that country for years to come.sounds like an occupation to me.the bottom line is we invaded Iraq, did what we set out to do. we got rid of Saddam. once that was done we should of came home just like the first invasion.the American people are once again being lied to about another war just like we were lied to about the Viet Nam.this war is about the control of the oil fields at the expense of our young men and women in uniform.and anyone who says it;s not an occupation needs to look at the facts.because they sure are wrong and doing just what the government wants them to do.and that is to believe their lies.wake up all you idiots who believe this war is;nt an occupation.it;s oil money, oil money, oil money.and one last thing, to kill your sons and daughters all for the oil.stop this damn war in iraq.
