Why would I have to change the headlights in my car so often?
It's been 8 times in the past 18 months.....I drive a 1999 Honda Civic. Is this normal or could there be something wrong?

Wear gloves when you change them. Halogen bulbs get EXTREMELY hot, and any oils from your fingers will cause them to fail quickly.

Maybe the headlight you use suck.
Try a different brand of them

Who is changing them?

If you get any oils or grease on the bulb, it will fail prematurely.
