How can I buy an Apple ipod online from a retailer in Trinidad & Tobago when I live in the UK?

Im trying to buy An apple ipod for my step brother who lives in T & T. If I buy it and send it to him, he will have to go to the local post office to pick it up and they open the parcels and stamp stupid charges on them if they look expensive. I don't want to risk them charging him a dumb price or just stealing it altogether. I'm trying to find an website for an electrical store based in T & T so that I can pay for it from this end and have him collect it from them. My google searches are not really helping...Any ideas?
