how to trace back some IP address? If I want to know the origin of IP addreses that came to me, what should I do? Are there softwares that can help?

Try Whois software. It will give the information for the ISP provider and usually, how to file a complaint if you're getting spam.

The Internet is very annonymous, even though IP address are suppose to be public. It is easy, if you know how, to hide where your at on the web.

In short, yes there are programs which can be used to attempt to locate specific IP addresses, but they have a steep learning curve. Here is my search results, check out as many as you need.

and you will find a lot information about ip address!
