I just wanted to comment about the restless legs--if someone says you shouldn't take medicine for it, then you have never dealt with it.
It is really awful, my case of it is bad, you don't sleep, you have to move all the time, your legs just ache so badly. When you go night after night with this, you will take meds for it.
I have meds for it but the meds I take for my back seem to help with my legs so I haven't had to take my RSL meds for a few months now.
I don't think anyone should say "this medicine shouldn't be taken for this problem" What bothers one, doesn't bother the next person.

There's a lot of things people don't have to take medication for if they just start living a healthier lifestyle...proper diet and exercise to begin with...

Take medicine for a headache only. Don't take depression or anxiety medicine, for goodness sake.

Anxiety and depression. There are ways of coming out of that naturally. And, besides, some of those medications actually make the situation worse.
And to fall asleep.
