i keep getting this message on a few sites what does it mean and if it helps it says it's linked to port 80

That is an older version of the Apache HTTP Server. Basically it is the "web server" hosting the pages you are viewing from that provider.

Port "80" is the default listening port for http related traffic. When you type in a website like "http://www.google.com" you could essentially have typed "http://www.google.com:80". Most browsers don't display the ":80" and add it for you automatically. There are plenty of other ports that you probably have used without even realizing it. Think of them as "channels" into a server.

Apache Server is a program that serves out web pages...

when you go to those sites its a computer with Apache installed on it that responds to the web requests and gives you the pages you see....

that message is probably the 404 page not found message....

Apache is an webserver which acts as a container for hosting the web-pages.

Since you are getting error messages, it means that either the web-pages are not there..or there is some issues while rendering the pages.
