i'm unsure why would you possibility your wellness in that way yet right this is the important concepts: a million. not sleep previous due at nighttime. 2. You need to work out too - I know you just want to gain fat, but muscle is heavier and you won't have the beer belly and man boobs - instead you will be healthy and still get heavier and bigger

not if you got it from beer. If all you have been doing is eating, and not exercising to build muscle mass, then yes a belly etc is to be expected. I'd suggest you start a regular exercise routine because you are setting yourself up for a heart attack at a young age.

why are you drinking while you are still growing? You have not finished developing yet . you are stunting your physical and spiritual growth wioth beer. Your whole life is getting messed up and you are still a baby.Stop You said you have a beer belly . You ned to exercise so you can get rid of that belly.

That's just the way your body puts on weight... You can't change that. Eat right and exercise you'll get to be the size you want eventually. Being lazy helps nothing, unless you want to get fat.

Too many sweets and carbs - cut out all white sugar and white bread and you'll see a difference. This means anything with sugar or flour in it - don't consume!!!!
Try it for a week and see how much better you feel and look!
