i use with two account names in the computer laboratory pcs so i have kept different files in each account, but now i am unable to share the other files while i was using with the other account .so how can i share these files at the same time without logging off to the other?

If you can "map" to them just use a different account when creating the mapped drive. So look for "connect using a different user name" when setting this up.

If your talking about an executable file just hold down your "shift" key and right-click and youll see a "runas" command that will allow you to use different credentials.

As far as just going to a file thats shared on the network you can also try to use the UNC path (\\server_name\share_name\) and once you do that and your "current" user account dont have access it will prompt you for alternative credentials that you can use.
