Here are some recommendations for songs for your Motown CD starting with songs from the 1960s It's not an all inclusive list but I think it includes a great sampling of the Motown sound from the 1960's. Note that all Miracles' songs include Smokey Robinson. Some songs from 1960 were released late that year but actually peaked in popularity in early 1970.

Boys II Men have a new cd out now. It has the best of Motown on it. The remade a lof of the oldies but goodies and it's fresh for anyone who didn't grow up during that era. It's a classic and worth the buy.
