I don't usually go to either subway or quiznos.
I like Vista Ice Box.
I love the California split.
Their California Split with turkey, on squaw bread, is the best sandwich in North County! Don't forget the avocado!

The only thing I get from subway is diarrhea.
I love the Quizno's Prime Rib Peppercorn on wheat with mushrooms and horseradish.

At Subway I usually get the Italian BMT. We don't have a Quiznos here so I don't know what I'd get there.

At subway I get a roast beef on herbs and cheese bread with black olives, lettuce, banana peppers, oil and mayo and at quiznos I usually don't get a sub i usually get a flat bread salad with a bowl of broccoli cheese soup mmmmm

I only do Subway!! I always get (and I mean ALWAYS):
a 6 inch turkey bacon on italian herb and cheese bread
lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, black olives and green peppers with swiss cheese and extra russian dressing!! It's delicious!! Just finished eating one actually!! :)

Well I just make may own: This is what i Put in my sandwich
Choose any bread you like
American or pepper jack cheese
chicken the big slice, not chopped into tiny peices(unless you are vegetarian order th veggie pattie)
Lettuce
Black olives( unless you dont like them)
ranch dressing
southwest chipotle sauce
Thats it, it may sound not that great but it has the best taste!!!!

Subway - 7 inch Tuna Sub with lettuce tomato hot peppers cucumbers and oil vinegar and spices.
Quiznos doesn't have healthy eats I stay away.
