I am sensitive to sound and unfortunately cannot work with that noise! I agree maybe you folks are made of plaster and can have somebody drumming 5 songs on low quality radio on and on . Maybe you could work in a stinking toilet office and not notice it. Unfortunately I am HUMAN and have my SENSES intact.

The problem is :
1 it is not tuned in, 2 it plays many songs on repeat (i don't think its a station; it probably is a cd or something, difficult to tell)3, she leaves it on for the whole day even when she is no listening to it (energy)

She's your boss, she can do what she wants. Why don't you get you some ear plugs or listen to your own music. Maybe you can get an ipod or mp3 player or something.

What exactly is the problem here?
Do you not the radio being on whilst you are at work?
Do you not like her radio station?
Is it too loud?
Whatever it is, it is a difficult situation because she is your boss so you can't really say anything to her. Does she have a boss you can talk to about it? Then they could have a word with her maybe

Sorry love but everyone that that has answered this question for you was only trying to help so there absolutely no need to be rude.
Most people are capable of working with a bit of music on and when its your boss that has the radio on, there's nothing you can do but put up with it unless you're going to have the guts to say something to her!!!
Next time, don't bother asking questions that are going to get quite obvious answers!!!

if you find her difficult to approach send her an email saying that you can't concentrate and would appreciate if it could be turned down or off, especially when she's not at her desk. If she doesn't do anything, go above her to her boss. You have the right to work in an acceptable environment and they have to appreciate that your work may start to suffer if you cannot concentrate!
I have the opposite problem, I hate silence and my old boss couldn't stand music!! Luckily she's gone and I can have it loud as a please!!!

She probably thinks everyone else is enjoying it and so she leaves it on for their sakes, so she quite thoughtful really. But if it stops you concerntrating on your work, you will need to talk to her.
Just quietly go to her at the end of the day smile and say:
"(name), I was wonering if when I'm doing the (for instance, payrole, orders, or whatever) could we turn off the radio, as I've found it causes me to make a few errors? Oh and me and (friends name) are going for a drink at (wherever) would you like to join us?"

I love the radio,i have it on all time too. Buy yourself an Ipod then u can listen to your tunes :-) Like someone else said shes the boss.

Either go over her head or get over it. She is the boss which means you work for her if you don't like it talk to her and if you can't reach a middle ground then quit and find another job or stay and deal with it.

If she is not at her desk turn the volume down to mute and then when she questions it you can say that you find it terribly distracting. Just because she's the boss doesn't make it ok for her to do what she wants if it is affecting your work.

Radion is a gas that mostly comes from granite stone,For houses built on granite rock you need to have vents installed as prolonged exposure can be harmfull.

You can get a little device that scrambles all radio waves in the immediate area keep that on you and she wont be able to tune to anything
