Either I am in a gentlemens club and forgot my singles or I am watching a person who wants to express her feminity and or sexuality in the form of a dance. In the first case I wonder what I am doing at a gentlemens club. It seems the only reason to go there is for a stag party and nobody I know is due to get married. So, I probably must be having a flash back to parties gone by. As for the second case, if she is not dancing alone then perhaps I think how lucky her partner must be and if she is dancing alone I think maybe she needs a partner, but then again, that might ruin the dance. So, I probably will just watch and wonder what she is saying in her dance.
But that is some of what comes to mind along with the question about what club can you go to other than a gentlemens club where there is enough room for a girl to dance suggestively these days? Normally, you are lucky to be able to move at all.

To each her own. Though I would think she is shortsighted about her affect on those she might not want to attract... unless she were an exotic dancer and had protection from hired bouncers.

I'd assume she had too much to drink or was slipped a roofie.
Then again...
It all depends on what you mean by "suggestively".
One of my best friends was a back-up dancer for Janet Jackson...
Very suggestive...
But far from "skanky"...
