When I want to snag a video or swf file that won't let me snag it, 80% of the time I can go to my temporary internet folder, using windows Explorer, while I am still on the page of the file and find it in there. Then I just copy and paste it to a different folder on my hard drive.

which are downloaded in a Flash Video format .flv extension. Then you can convert them to mpeg4 or avi to play on your PC or IPod or whatever.
