I have a terrible time with sleep. So now I have three bad relationships... work, sleep and exercise. Good thing my girlfriend and I get along so well...

This can be a problem! Spend a few extra minutes here and there so that you can get everything done during the day and get in bed on time! Take 30 minutes or so before bed to relax and wind down so that your mind is already "slowing down" before you get in bed. Very often, lack of sleep is an issue of habit more so than any actual problem. Evaluate your day and make the necessary changes before seeking any medical or pharmaceutical assistance, you may be back on track before you know it! Good luck!

When I do not get enough sleep, I get physically sick!
This is when I am going on 3-4 days with very little sick.
Been like that since I was a child.
Unlike my cousin who can go everyday, all day on 3-4 hours of sleep....
But yes I have troubles now....

I feel your pain. I'm currently suffering from insomnia. You can't sleep at night and no amount of coffee will get you up in the morning. It may be related to diet.

Yes, I work 2 jobs and go to school full time, so I can totally relate to that feeling. That and I just got my bill for next semester, so that kinda makes me sick too.

YES! When it happens to me, I'm sooooo tired that I can't take any criticism at all (i.e. your shirt is untucked is likely to end in tears), my head gets all stuffy, I can't see well even with my glasses.
Try some deep breathing or meditation. Try "Sleepytime" tea before bed. Get out and run around (for exercise not for errands) and tire yourself out!
Hope you can get some sleep soon!

Oh yeah, if I go more than 24 hours without sleep im real nauseous. Same with 3 hours of night sleep or less.

I felt like that yesterday. Then last night I got TOO much sleep and today I feel all groggy with a nagging headache from THAT! I can't win.
