I say werewolves, because the vampires would have to deal with the five-day waiting period before getting a gun that could shoot silver bullets, but the werewolves can make a stake out of any table leg.

What say you, good people of M&F?

Well being a shape shifter myself (pecivople) I'd back the werewolves, but that might just be a little biased.

Let's see
vampires: holy water, heads being chopped off, fire, day light, crucifixes and other religious symbolic stuff, holy wafers, Alcohol, problems with mirrors, Can't cross moving water, need an invite.
I see a lot of problems there!

Now your basic werewolf you see.
Ok , little problem with silver, and I suppose the chopping of heads could be a problem (but you have to in close to do that and they're bigger buggers most of them).

And with that thing about the waiting to get the gun, well there you have it see!
werewolves!

Mind you not very good at table manners though!!
Nor knocking and being polite and all that ateticket stuff like!

But there you go in a nice little scrap that's just the stuff you need, see.

Straight in there and out with it!

I don't think that I would be able to decide whether vampires would win a battle against werewolves or whether it would be vice versa. This is because werewolves would have to revert to humans, once the full moon night is over, and they have to wait for the next full moon night to convert to werewolves. On the contrary, the vampires would have to wait only for the night (irrespective of the moon shape).
However, during the battle, the fact has to be considered that any of the two species may be stronger than the other. Therefore it gets difficult to decide on the winner.

it can be a ware wolf as a ware wolfs chew can kill a vampire using their venom, a warewolf is likewise greater advantageous and speedier. A vampire is weaker and slower and likewise a vanpire has no poison, besides the fact that warewolfs are top-rated on finished moon all a vampire needs to win is wolfs bane

Lolz. I read the Twilight series, which I know you won't like, but here goes:

It really depends.
The vampire is strong, superbly fast, and has razor-sharp teeth. And they're like a rock, which helps.

The werewolf is also strong and superbly fast, and they are made to tear apart the rock.

The deciding factors: Is it night? Is there a sufficient place to make a fire nearby? Has the vampire violated the treaty (Twilight thing, you wouldn't understand)? Is the vampire thirsty?

So really, it all depends on: Who is fighting, when they're fighting, where they're fighting, and why they're fighting.

Impossible to say really.

My lover have DVDs of "Underworld" and "Underworld Evolution", vampires win in them. Vampires get guns no wait period. Silver bullet much better than table leg in fight.

I think the Vampires would win. They are much stronger than werewolves and they are much smarter. :)
