I like Leyton Elliott Walker but I think it would be better if the spelling changed to Leighton.
Courtney Alisha Walker is okay but I think Courtney Justine Walker would be cuter.

Of your boy name ideas my fave is Jayden Elliott. I have a son named Jaden though he was named that 8yrs. ago before the name became so wildly common/trendy.
I think I prefer Courtney Alyssa to Courtney Alisha.
