For me...
Love is my natural state.
No matter who...
No matter what...
No matter where or when...
I always fall back into love.
On the other hand...
I am having to work for the love of others lately.
Seems people are too busy with the hustle and bustle of the holidays to pay me much attention...

It's both. It also depends on the person. Some people have a natural love for others. Some people have to work at having a natural love, perhaps because of trust issues or just because that's the way they were made.

in some cases, it just come naturally. feelings cannot be helped.
