My husband,my family and my friends and on occasion from this site. If I ask a question about something that is worrying me and those who have been or are going through the same thing take the time to answer seriously have actually been helpful and inspiring and at times have let me know that some people out there actually still do care (and not just about their 2 points) and it is not the end of the world.

Reassurance comes from knowing that there are good people all around you if you just give them a chance to be themselves.

Inside oneself. Real reassurance can never come from someone else.

Knitting. I don't go to people with advice. I like to apply the Golden Rule with that - I wouldn't want people coming up to me with their problems so why would I go to others with mine? (Mostly because I'm not good with social situations)
A nice glass of wine always calms me down too.

I don't worry about things I can not control, and I fix the things I can.
