I HAVE BT BROADBAND WITH ITS OWN ICON AND I HAVE IT INSTALLED ONTO A DESK TOP.I HAVE JUST INSTALLED ONTO A LAPTOP AND THE LAPTOP USES INTERNET EXPLORER RATHER THAN THE BT SOFTWARE.HOW DO I CHANGE THIS SO ITS USING BTS SOFTWARE?

Broadband is a connection not a browser.

If BT has supplied you with a browser, open that browser and under options make it your default browser, then IE will stay out of the equation.

Click Tools/internet options and change your homepage to BT. Hope thats what you mean

dont bother with the BT browser its useless go to remove programmes and get rid of it.Put firefox into google and download it it far better than internet explorer and the BT rubbish

I do not know of a browser that BT supplies....either way, i would go o the iternet (through IE if you must) and download Mozilla Firefox- a free, secure browser.

ring BT up and they can enter into your laptop and set it all up for you no: 0845 600 7030 BT Broadband.
