At around 7 oclock we went for drinks. She had three different drinks. The last drink was at 10. We got home at 130 and she went straight to sleep. She slept for about two hours and then woke up. She drank some water and began vomiting. It's been like this for 3 hours now. She can't hold any liquids down otherwise she starts up again. Is this normal?

Alcohol poisoning. Take her to the ER. She could die.

No, its not normal. It sounds like food poisoning, not alcohol poisoning. Did you guys eat anything last night? If she only had three drinks, no matter what they were, the alcohol would have dissipated by now (especially after all the vomiting). If she is conscious, but just continually throwing up, its probably food poisoning. If she has a fever, it may be a stomach flu that just coincidentally hit after a night of drinking. If there is any blood in the vomit or she looses consciousness, call 911.

Sounds fairly normal for someone who has drank beyond there limit. The body refuses drugs or alcohol when we reach a point that our body seems unacceptable. Keep giving them water. Throwing up water is alot better than dry heaving. Dry heaving sucks. Find a friend that can hold their alcohol better. Then you don't have to baby sit and you can be the one pukeing. Fun!!! If you get very conserned take them to the emergency room.

More Details, But sounds like she may have a virus or stomach flu and not anything related to alcohol consumption. But it is worth it to take her to the Dr. to get checked, maybe someone slipped something in her drink.

yep. she probably has alcohol poisening. it should go away in a day or so, but she will feel really sick and probably wont be able to keep anything down. also, if the three different drinks were like reallly different, they may not have agreed with each other and made her stomach upset.
i hope she feels better! =]

Depends on what she drank. Usually you shouldnt mix beer and wine, and some people shouldnt mix hard shots with wine either. Keep drinking the water, and let her sleep if off.

maybe she is coming down with the flu or ate something bad. 3 drinks usually doe not cause this but if they were mixed with lots of different liqours it could. tell r to drink gatorade and water if shes not better she ned to go to the Dr. hopefully no one spiked her drink which happens.

It happens. She needs to drink tiny amounts of gatorade or pedialite. I know she probably feels really thirsty but if she drinks alot of it at a time, it will make her vomit. Watch out for dehydration.

try pedialite, from any drugstore, only three drinks sounds like a bad hangover or she is allergic, if she never drank before ,I too recommend medical help but if she has, she will just have to tough it out. any chance someone slipped something in one of those drinks?

She drank too much. Her body is getting rid of the poison. She will be okay. Keep trying liquids, she could dehydrate.
