it is very possible for a man with one testicle to father a child, it happens all the time in fact.

You can have a wife without fathering children. In fact, more and more people are finding that arrangement preferable. However, yes, you could most likely father children, if you wanted them. Sterility is very rare.

Yes, my friend and her husband have 2 beautiful girls and he has only one testicle.

yes of course... but you might want to check still with a doctor... he might have other recommendations to you... as you have irregular testicles... but even with one testicle... you could still produce viable sperms...
