The band is Kiss. The song is Rock and Roll All Night (and party every day). It was a huge hit in the mid 70's, and it is their most famous tune.

NOW HERE THIS--- Another replier said it was " MOTT THE HOOPLE " and he/she is right. They ROCK on it- you should get that CD (Shouting & Pointing). However, the original was done by " THE EASYBEATS", a band from Australia during the 1960's. The brother of Angus & Malcom Young (from AC/DC) was in that band, The song is on any of several Easybeat Greatest Hit CD's. Several other bands have also recorded it also...Go to AMAZON and type in the song title in the search Block. then "ckick" the entry "song title" . A list should come up of all artists who sing it. Def Leppard might have done the song, also.
