I wouldn't until I was sure she was fit enough. Maybe lunge her a bit and lead her for slow rides (walking, maybe one short trot) off another horse. She's had a long life and it may be best to put her in for retirement. But the best advice will come form a qualified vet.

Although twisted hooves are not a serious problem (many top eventers have a twisted hoof), combined with her age, it is best to be cautious. If the vet says she's still fit enough then by all means do ride her but get her checked regularly.

I think a lot of people on here don't realise how common twisted hooves are. They're picturing drastic deformity and animal cruelty by the sounds of it when it's about as serious as people whose feet stick out instead of straight ahead when they're standing. My main concern is her age, considering her breed.

I wouldn't have an adult ride her. I'd think at 19, she might deserve her pasture, but if she is a calm, even-headed gal, with a good temperament, you could use her for children to ride, while being led.

I wouldn't, but you should ask your vet what they think.
