Whenever you get the message that a file cannot be deleted because it is in use, run AVG in "safe mode".
SAS should remove the malware.
Download and Install Super Antispyware free. Reboot into Safe mode and Run SAS. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

After you follow MindDoctors help instructions, you might want to consider changing your free AVG anti virus program to a more effective one. I switched to 'Avast' when I encountered a similar situation, (it is also free): http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html

Please go to TrendMicro HouseCalls and run their antivirus program direct from their server. You will have to install their active "X", that is 100% safe. Allow the scan to complete and at the end of the scan all viruses and spyware will be found and killed. Here is the link. No conflict with your own antiviurs.

You will probably need to boot your PC into safe mode, then it should remove it.
Keep tapping F8 when your PC is starting up, then chose safe mode. Once in safe mode do another full scan with AVG, and you should no longer get those "program is in use" messages.
