For the last couple of days, our water has been a little bit cloudy. It cleared up for about a day, but then last night it turned dark grey (its not even transparent anymore). It only seems the be the cold water-toilets, cold water from sinks. When we turn only the hot water on, its fine. Any ideas what this could be? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you're getting a small amount of sediment of some sort in the water supply, most likely from a small hole that may have developed in the screen on the well point. The only way to tell for sure is to have a well person come look at and check it out. The hot water doesn't show the sediment, (grey color), because it sets in a tank till it's called for, allowing the sediment to settle to the bottom, while the water is drawn from the middle of the tank.
