Green tea can reduce blood pressure, lower blood sugar, and prevent Type-2 diabetes. This happens due to the polyphenols and polysaccharides, two antioxidants found in green tea, which are efficient in lowering blood pressure.

Although both black and green tea come from the same plant, black tea does not have the same medical benefits. A healthy diet should include green tea because it also stimulates metabolism and calorie burning process.

Just plain water is best. Maybe it sound ridiculous or too simple but just try drinking around 2,5-3 l water every day and you should feel better. I read thins book written by a doctor(sorry I can't remember the name) and the has had great results with water. He says that if you don't drink enough water, the mucous lining of the stomach(among other things) gets dehydrated and thinner, and this allows the stomach acid to cause gastritis and ulcers.

Since it contains caffeine and caffeine can irritate the stomach, I would vote with the "bad" side.
