Wearing a bra can help prevent some sagging if your connective tissue's elasticity is less than perfect. Which is most everyone.

There's no reason for your boobs to sag at night, since gravity is not pulling them downward. Sleeping with or without a bra makes no difference.

It's when you're up and about and doing activities that the support helps.

Wearing a bra will help your breasts from sagging prematurely. As we age, some sagging is going to occur. What is most important is that you have a bra that is properly fitted. If you don't have the right support, a bra won't do you any good. I wouldn't recommend sleeping in your bra. The bands and straps will dig into your fless and restrict your circulation in that area. If you can afford it, go to a good department store where they employ women who can measure you for the right bra size. I discovered that I was buying the wrong sized bra for years! Once I got into the right fit, I looked and felt better. Good luck to you!

I've heard that wearing a bra keeps your boobs from sagging. So yes, But wearing it all the time isn't good either. So you should sleep with it off. That's my opinion.

It HELPS, but it will not completely stop them from sagging as gravity will always work against us.

If you sleep in a bra, make sure it is LOOSE and COMFORTABLE. Wearing tight bras will only cause you pain and discomfort.

Wearing a bra supports the delicate tissues of your breasts...it STOPS them from getting as saggy as they would without one. Sleeping in a bra is a bit over the top, but if you're comfy, don't give it second thought.
