what do I look for in a man?.... well... What you've got to remember is that not all women want the same thing.
I know a lot of people do say it's not about the looks, it's what's inside that really matters... you know personality an all.
But I don't think like that- I know thats really shallow, but I can't help it. I've tried going out with guys for personality but it just doesn't work. I have to like the guy for looks aswell. I find it really hard to get intimate with a guy thats not that good looking. I know most guys think the same for girls too.
my perfect guy would be:
- dark hair
-dark eyes
-kinda tanned, don't like em too pale
-nice body, hate really skinny blokes I like them with a belly lol
- good sence of humour, has to be able to make me laugh otherwise whats the point
- not too stiff, it's ok to be nervous... but not stiff
-romantic
-gorgeous smile
-be a gentlemen.
-have goals and dreams in life
- nice car- although thats not imperative.
-be honest, never lie, you can't have a relationship based on lies- it's the recipie for disaster.
-have a good job.
-be willing to pay on the first date
- not to pushy
-kind, loving, gentle
-nice natured
-be able to dance
- have a nice family, pretty much screwed if folks aren't nice
- like to have sexy times lol
- must be able to buy nice pressies, not naff tackey ones... pressies should be classy and have a romantic message with it.
- be willing to carry all my bags whilst shopping...
ermmmmm ....... can't think of anything else ...
that would be my perfect bloke!

what do guys look for in us girlies?

- be able to stand up for yourself

I look for in a woman...

A good sense of humor... great smile... atleast fairly intelligent - I dont want a complete dunce... and a great body is definitely a bonus. Basically, everything the opposite of me =)

But I dont think that matters too much, there are plenty of women that I enjoy being with that dont have those qualities. A woman could be the complete opposite of those qualities I look for, but if she has the right mixture of qualities, I could still be very attracted.

I never 'looked for' anything. If I got back into it, the first thing I'd look for is financially independence and responsibility. I've always had that trait, and I can't stand to be with another person who is the total opposite. Meeting a guy who supports himself without a problem would be my first qualification.

I look for a sense of humor, how mature he is, do he just have a job or a career, and knows how to treat a woman like a queen. as far a looks goes- I like a guy who is atleast 6ft and weights atleast 280 muscular built with a gotee

If you really want a man, throw out all your prejudices and lust and try this on for size:
which one can you trust, which one will still care for you after menopause and 30 lbs and which one will be a true father.
If you don't think those things are important, you are either very young and will learn, or just plain stupid.
Of course men need to use the same standards...........

I look forward to seeing someone often, but NOT everyday.
I also look forward to seeing bueaty in there eyes.
Someone who is willing, to PROVE he will be there for me,
and someone who actually cares.
But mostly if I just meet a guy, I look for politeness, and kindness, and someone who doesnt care only about looks and sex, but also someone who cares about the person on the inside.

Good attitude, some one who doesn't look at credit score and college degree, i don't expect all that out of a woman, so why should she judge me on that, someone who actually appreciates a good person that's financially stable like myself, i look for for someone down to earth, fun to be around, someone who i can share good companionship with, someone who will stand by me as well as let me stand by her, my equal my better half, True love.

A sense of humor is very important. Integrity and intelligence are also nice. Generosity is also a very good quality. I can't stand a tightwad.
