You don't say which email service that you are using. Usually there is an "option" in the face of the email, open and look for blocking emails. You then type in the email address that you want to block. You can also unblock at a later date.

Just mark their email as spam. Your email software or provider will then black list them and you should not have to deal with them anymore.
