Ritz has made star shaped crackers. You could serve little bits and pieces or make a cheese ball or a dip.
Ritz also has vegetable roasted Ritz with go nice with cream cheese.
Marsh does veggie trays with dip. They also do a lunch meat platter with cheeses that's pretty tasty and inexpensive.

Spinach Dip always seems to be a favorite. The recipe is one the back of Knorr Vegetable dip box. For the kids(and adult kids) pigs in a blanket?
Merry Christmas!

My friend made some quick and easy appetizers for my mother's 80th BD party. She made barbecue meatballs that she bought frozen and thawed them out in the BBQ sauce in a crock pot and then heated them in the crock pot. They went very fast.
She took cream cheese and softened it up and cut up maraschino cherries and green olives and made two mixtures. Then she stuffed small pieces of cut up celery with each kind. Delicious.
Take thin sliced ham, spread cream cheese on it and cut it in strips. Take a sweet pickle, cut it in half and roll it up with a toothpick to hold it together.
These were harder to make but were great. She took a whole water chestnut and a small cube of pineapple and wrapped it in thinly sliced bacon and microwaved it. You need a toothpick to hold it together.
She took those little philo dough shells and stuffed them with all kinds of things - egg salad, tuna, cream cheese & whatever you want to put in it, ham salad. plain yogurt with a blueberry on top.

Super easy, super good.
Get a block of cream cheese, a jar of Jalapeno jelly, pour jelly over cream cheese serve with crackers. Knotts Berry farm has the jelly at super markets.
