I forget the name, but I know for certain it is from Smokey Robinson and the Miracles. I believe it was done in the late 60's. I'll edit if I can find more.
Edit. It is called Abraham, Martin and John and was recorded by several different acts including the afore mentioned Miracles. I hope this helps.
