recently, i went up to this facial and slimming company. and i was offerred $500+ for slimming and facial. the price was attractive so i agreed. when i was brought into the room to do slimming, they told me that the line was busy and the transaction didnt went through. so i told her that i wanted to cancel the facial and get the slimming instead.when i was out of the slimming, she told me the transaction for both was already approved. i asked for a refund and they rejected. so i was thinking of which Ministry should i go to.
